  • Do I have to have a Social Profile to get Started?
    No you don't have to have a Social Profile already, we can help you set up your Social Profile for FREE. Just contact us to get started.
  • What Social Profiles do you manage?
    We manage the following different Social Media Profiles: Facebook LinkedIn Business Page LinkedIn Personal Page Twitter Pinterest Instagram
  • How do I get started?
    In order to get started just sign up on the Pricing form and once we recieve your information we will contact you and deliver the business questionnaire so we can jump start the on-boarding process.
  • Who will be curating my Social Content?
    We have a team that manaually curates all the social media content for every account. You will be assigned a Social Media Manager who will be your primary contact.
  • What Categories of Business do you work with?
    We have over 30 years of experience working with just about every category you can think of. We work with business to business clients as well as business to consumer clients. Contact us about your business.
  • How do you get access of my Social Media profiles?
    We will need to either get your credentials or you can give us access to your profile. Please keep in mind some social media platforms can't give people access as Facebook does. Any information given to us is completely propriety and confidential.
  • How long does it take to get started?
    Once you signed up we will contact you immediately to get your information and get to know you so we can get started, if we need to make changes to your social profile so it stands out we will do that first after that we will start creating content. So typically about a week to start curating content.
  • How do I contact you if I have questions?
    Once you sign up your account manager will contact you and you will have their contact information for you to reach them with any questions you might have.
